From a billionaire’s productivity coach:
Discover how 1,000+ busy people like yourself have finally gotten on top of things
Get organized, focus on your long-term priorities, and have a healthier work-life balance… without a complicated system you don’t have time to maintain.

“After so many years of trying, I finally have a good framework in place for planning my life.”
— Sharon W.
Does this sound like you?
- Your days are derailed by mid-morning
- You’re hopelessly behind on your emails and your to-do list
- Weeks and months slip by without any progress on your most important projects
- No matter how hard you work, you can never catch up
You’re not alone!
So many people are in this position.
In fact, just about every month I get an email that goes something like this:
“Peter, I recently retired after a long career. With your help, I’m finally getting organized. I wish I had done this years ago, but I never got around to it!”
But you don’t have to wait until you retire to get on top of things.
You don’t have to settle for living in a constant state of overwhelm.
Here’s how to fix it.

“Peter’s method will have you making progress towards your goals, rather than grinding through another quarter and being able to say ‘I made it’ but without having navigated meaningfully in any particular direction, or being able to tick a goal off of the list.”
— J.P. M.
I was chronically stressed and not getting anywhere until I did this…
I studied economics at a top liberal arts college.
After I graduated, I took a job in litigation consulting. I ran complex analyses for Fortune 500 companies getting sued for millions, if not billions of dollars.
As my career advanced and I got more responsibility, I started to feel overwhelmed. Clients were happy, but I felt miserable.
Sound familiar?
I faced so many projects and meetings and deadlines and emails. My to-do list was endless.
I tried to fix it by pushing myself and working harder, sometimes staying at the office past midnight…
And before I knew it, I was sat on the couch at home, burned out. Just cleaning my apartment was really stressful.
I never returned to my job.
After I recovered, I decided there had to be a better way.
So I developed a system, a method, to handle the day-to-day responsibilities that we all have — while also making consistent progress on my big goals and dreams.
With my new system, I finally got moving.
Soon, people noticed I was now always on top of stuff.
But not only that. I was also living my best life, traveling the world and scuba diving and skydiving while running a multi-six-figure business.
So people asked me to teach them my system. And I did.
I started by sharing simple tutorials on YouTube, but these days my clients even include a billionaire who flies me in for in-person coaching.
And now you can learn my system, too.
You don’t have to spend 1.5 years burned out and unable to work. You don’t have to struggle and work harder and harder in an attempt to stop feeling so overwhelmed.
You just need a low-maintenance but highly-effective system that has you focusing on the right things.
I call it Big-Picture Productivity…
Let’s set it up for you together.
— Peter Akkies

“For the first time in a long time, I’m actually starting to consider myself ‘organized.’ The spillover effect is noticeable too: organizing my office, starting a morning routine, etc.”
— Bob W.
Imagine this:
- You can comfortably wind down after a hard day’s work
- You’re spending your time on what’s important and on what you like to do, not just on what seems urgent
- You have a foolproof system for hitting your deadlines
- If your day doesn’t go as planned, you can switch gears quickly without losing track
- You work projects big and small with joy and ease
- Your long-term goals are getting the attention they deserve
- Your to-dos, notes, and calendar are neatly organized
- And you have a system to take care of the day-to-day, so you can make an impact
You can have all of those things, and more.
As long as you focus on the right things. And don’t get stuck on the small stuff.
This is why I developed the Big-Picture Productivity method.
How is this method different?
Why this method works
It works because it’s about the big picture. Most productivity systems don’t get past the basics like how to organize your lists and notes. Those things are important — and we’ll cover them — but we will go beyond that to truly make a step change in your productivity.
It works because it isn’t about “doing more”. It’s about becoming someone new, someone who prioritizes better, so you can get more of the right things done without working even harder.
It works because it fits within your life. Your productivity system needs to take into account your unique responsibilities, schedule, and personality. One-size-fits-all won’t cut it. The Big-Picture Productivity method isn’t rigid, but is designed to fit seamlessly into your life.
It works because we’ll build a system. But not just any system. We’ll build you a “minimum viable system” that lets you prioritize effectively, but is easy to maintain. (Because you don’t have time to spend an hour a day organizing your lists.)
It works because it addresses the root causes of your productivity challenges. There are underlying reasons why things aren't working. With the Big-Picture Productivity method, we will uncover and untangle them for lasting progress.
Many productivity systems are too rigid. They ask you to do things in a specific way that doesn’t work for you.
Big-Picture Productivity isn’t like that.
It’s a method that helps you get organized and get more of the right things done by addressing what’s truly holding you back.
So you can handle your day-to-day responsibilities but also focus on your long-term priorities and finally make your dreams come true.

Build a better system together
This program is a group experience. You’ll have not only Peter but dozens of other participants going on the journey with you, supporting you, and keeping you accountable — and that makes all the difference.

“I have purchased courses on productivity before, however none were as well laid out as this one.”
— Annez de S.

“I decluttered my mind and can now come back after feeling overwhelmed.
I also really liked the emphasis on tailoring a system that works for me.”
— Angela M.

“I was taking another course around the same time I took Peter’s.
I quit the other course.
But after Peter’s program, I was charged up and ready to hit my to-do lists flying!”
— Ralph R.
How we’ll implement a system that sticks for both your day-to-day and your long-term priorities
This is a five-week group program that starts October 21, 2025 and runs until November 23, 2025.
The program features:
- Weekly live workshops with Peter: learn the principles of Big-Picture Productivity and start implementing them right away
- Weekly bite-sized action items in the course workbook, to build on what we start in the live workshops
- Weekly group coaching (Q&A) with Peter: ask your questions live on the call or submit them ahead of time
- Access to the private learning community, where you will get support from Peter and your fellow participants
- Peer-to-peer accountability groups to connect with other participants and take action together. (This was a favorite part of the program for people who enrolled in previous editions!)
Of course, the live workshops and group coaching sessions will all be recorded.
So no worries if you can’t make it to a session. You can watch the replay anytime.
And for the group coaching sessions, you can send in your question ahead of time and I’ll answer it, even if you can’t make it.
What we’ll implement each week
In week 1, we will re-prioritize. We’ll sort out your responsibilities and commitments and make sure you’re focused not just on what’s urgent, but also (and especially!) on what’s important even if it doesn’t have an urgent deadline.
In week 2, we’ll create a balanced schedule with room to focus. A schedule that matches your priorities, where you’re not just putting out fires or playing email whack-a-mole all day.
In week 3, we’ll build your minimum viable system for tracking information, commitments, deadlines, and so on — to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. And we’ll do this without an overly complex structure you don’t have time to maintain and won’t stick with.
In week 4, we’ll turn your long-term priorities into action. No more letting the days slip by without making progress on your most important projects and goals, even in the midst of day-to-day busyness. Your to-do list will no longer be a source of anxiety, but will instead empower you.
Finally, in week 5, we’ll implement a periodic planning and reflection process. So you won’t just get on top of things once, but will supercharge your productivity for the long run.
Course rhythm and call schedule
The course runs for five weeks. We start on Tuesday, October 21 and we finish on Sunday, November 23.
The weekly schedule is:
- Weekend before: get access to the week’s course materials
- Tuesdays 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: live workshops
- Thursdays 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: group coaching (Q&A)
All times are in U.S. Eastern Time (New York).
Private learning community
When you join the program, you’ll get access to my exclusive private learning community.
It’s easy to use and to access with any browser or with a mobile app.
The community is the hub of the program. We’ll meet on our video calls, but continue our discussions and implementation in the community.
I’ll be in the community daily to answer your questions and encourage you.
Your fellow participants will be there too, so you can connect with other people working on the same things and support and motivate each other.
